A local general contractor needed to help a homeowner confidently select and verify the exterior material finishes, color, finalize cabinet selections (including material, door style, color, finish, and countertops), millwork and trim, flooring, ceiling treatments, and other desing choices before final plans were locked. They required clear, photorealistic assets to prevent late-stage changes and ensure the home matches the owner's design preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
Many clients struggle with the "spatial visualization gap" and cannot mentally translate flat 2D lines. This navigable 360° walkthrough allowed the homeowner to feel the room sizes, ceiling heights, and interior flow before a single shovel touched the dirt.
