The development team needed a reliable, clear way to present a proposed unbuilt duplex to HOA, stakeholders, and prospective buyers. They needed to confirm the materials, flow, and interior scale before submitting final plans. With the approved final plans, the client was able to provide the real estate team with high-fidelity visuals (stills, animations, and an interactive 360° tour) to list and pre-sell the property before construction began.

Many clients struggle with the "spatial visualizationgap" and cannot easily translate flat 2D plans. This interactive walkthrouugh allowed prospective buyers to step inside the unbuilt layout, feel the ceiling heights, and experience the interior flow.
